Apologies for the data, I was not sure what was/wasn't relevant. I'm not sure how clean an install environment should be, but this seems to be about as good as it gets! Event log below. Running Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4500U CPU 1.80GHz, 2401 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) 8GB RAM - Note: same version of CorelDRAW was running prior to reformatting and reinstall. Running as administrator, again with AV disabled. CorelDRAW opened only after applying updates with new, default settings. Antivirus disabled then new install CorelDraw followed by both updates to get to v17. Reformatted hard drive with new Windows 10 64-Bit install and all windows updates applied to v6 Build 10586. Hi Guys, Same problem here: "CorelDRAW X7 (64-Bit) has stopped working". Now the two updates I have are CDGSX7Update6 and CDGSX7U6HF1 so if there is something else please speak up. I'm going to follow David's suggestion as far as cleaning the machine, reloading the software, rebooting, and then running the updates. My machine did have Corel X4 when I was running windows 8.1 but because my 8.1 was running the Enterprise OS I had to dump it and reinstall windows 7 in order to get the free windows 10 upgrade. Let's not forget, none of these machines have ever had Corel loaded and running on them before and Corel has NEVER successfully started. All the machines have similar software, office ect, but my machine has a few versions of visual studio and SQL 2012 plus several other "development" packages. I have tried running as admin to no avail and all three machines are 64 bit. My machine is about 4 years old but is probably the best machine of the three, I earn a living with computers and spared no expense. As stated earlier two of the machines are brand new, Christmas presents, running windows 10.
